Always more fun to train with a group! We will run rain or shine, but not if it's very inclement weather. Swim and bike workouts will be cancelled if deemed unsafe. Email Moira at moira@staystrongmultisport.com for more information.

All group runs will incorporate running drills and skills that are part of a natural running program and include great techniques and tips to make your running easier, more efficient and injury free!

Tuesdays, 6 to 7:00 PM: Group run, Belmar. All paces welcome. Our Tuesday night group run meets at Bar Anticipation in Belmar, 703 16th Avenue, (732) 681-7422, with access to their bathroom facilities. We will start our run together for a short warm up (about 5 minutes) heading east on 16th Avenue to the Ocean then run on the boardwalk at our own pace for up to 30 minutes and then heading back towards Bar A. Direction on the boardwalk depends on the wind -- for the winter we will run into the wind first. We try to cool down together for last 5 minutes, total run up to an hour. To ensure no one gets lost and everyone is safe we all sign in and out, everyone should have a small flashlight, blinking light and / or reflective items of clothing of some sort. I do suggest that NO ONE runs alone.

Thursdays, 9:30 to 10:30 AM: Group run, Brielle. All paces welcome. Our Thursday morning group run has temporarily moved meet at the Brielle Public Library. Currently, we are meeting in the parking lot of the library and running the Brielle 10K course. We have access to the library bathroom facilities. We will start our run together for a short warm up (about 5 minutes) following the course marking for the 10K course, We try to cool down together for last 5 minutes, total run up to an hour. To ensure no one gets lost and everyone is safe we all sign in and out. I do suggest that NO ONE runs alone.

Saturdays or Sundays, 6:00 AM: Long training runs for club members and group training clients. Contact me for details. Day / location / time change weekly.
